Every order is tracked stage by stage (sampling, order confirmation, in-line production, quality checks, and shipment) through structured Time & Action planning and regular status reporting. If your team already works on a platform like WFX or Delogue, we're glad to align with it directly, so tracking happens on the system you already use.
What We Monitor
- Development: Concepts, tech packs, and bill-of-materials approvals tracked through every revision, so nothing gets built off an outdated spec.
- Sampling: Every round of samples logged with buyer comments, approval status, and turnaround time, so delays are visible and traceable to a stage, not a mystery.
- Colour & Lab Dips: Every lab dip and bulk lot measured against a Delta E (ΔE) report, giving a precise numerical variance from your standard, not a visual judgment call that differs person to person.
- Production: Progress tracked stage by stage against the agreed Time & Action (TNA) plan, so you know exactly where an order sits in the schedule.
- Quality Control: AQL-based inspection results at inline, midline, and pre-final stages, with checkpoint evidence attached to each one.
- Shipment: Booking confirmation, documentation status, and ETA updates shared as they become available.
